Plug and play HVAC=$$$
Whats your budget for this?
Assuming you know your way around brazing pipes, circulator pumps, etc; a nice used forced hot water furnace for several hundred dollars would be a wise investment. Then you would have the option of installing a heating coil or two in your ducting, radiators, reservoir warmers, and the ability to easily add quite a few separate zones to the system with just a solenoid valve, tubing, and a stat. Gives you a lot more options over forced air.
Regardless of your heating set up, make sure that room is insulated good as hell man. -35f is chilly, and I'd be surprised to see any kind of outdoor compressor survive long at all running in those conditions.
