help, advice, anything that would be useful I would be grateful

Well it looks like mold and when watering you have to think about the size of the root and how there is no point in watering the whole pot of soil because that water is just going to sit there, not being used by the plant, evaporating very slowly and low temperature doesn't help that.
well any advises on the situation that i'm having rn, should i stop watering the whole pot and focus on the plant and try to provide more light ?
or what should i do

Let it dry until you can stick a finger some 2cm in and it feels dry.

It is better to give them just a little bit of water directly where the roots are and wait until it gets dry or that the plant shows that it's thirsty (leaves will start hanging down).

They don't need much light at this stage and it looks like your light conditions were good because the stem didn't stretch.

The only concerns i would have are:
1. the low temperature, i think 24-27c is norm.
2. This soil maybe being moldy. If it is then you should translant, gently clearing root of soil. I don't know if this is the case.

I think your plant will be ok if the soil is ok. That i think because it already has leafs. I am not sure tho.

Also i wouldn't use nutes until they have more leafs & roots for protection in case something goes wrong.

Just saw ur room size is 2.42188 sq/ft

Your light is fine for now but you shpuld at least double it if you have a canopy covering the entirety of those 2.42188 sq/ft. Your light is ok for 1.

Also get some air circulation in that box

should i move it to a mixing soil ? with perlite ? would it be enough ?

I am not sure what is mixing soil but whatever you had to begin with worked so far.

Maybe just put them in a small container with drainage holes 250ml or so and see if it recovers.

When transplanting just don't rush it and be very gentle.

Also when you made that cut, i think it's better to cut off too much than too little.

I think the only thing one can try is some antifungal application allover incl underside of leaf.

Maybe diluted garlic/onion juice? Basically foliar feed antifungal and cut or scrape of what is affected.

I think that's what i would do and research fungicide options
