ok well first of all, soil pH is 6.5 to 7. anything different than that will cause issues.
next, if your using good dirt, dont feed any nutes til they are atleast 6 inches tall with many more leaves.
how is your drainage? how long is it taking the soil to dry after you water? less then 3 days is a sign that drainage is too high, more then 6 days means its too poor.
temps, around 75, will be fine.
more light = better results.
also, do you know your humidity? seedlings like humidity. cut off the bottom of a 2 liter bottle and put it over one of your plants. the next day youll notice water beading up on the inside, thats good. compare that plant with the rest. is it better? make sure you uncover it every now and then to remove excess humidity and prevent mold.
and your light cycle, for seedlings, go with 24/0 or 20/4. that helps them.
i also sing to my plants, talk dirty to them, and call them names, but thats just cuz i like my plants like i like my women, dirty.
