Help! Ballast won't work

Hey guys. I got a bit of a problem. There is an electrical storm going on where I live, and my power went out briefly. Now the ballast won't light the bulb. I can hear the fan inside turn on, but the bulb isn't firing. Does anyone know if there is a reset on these, or some internal fuse? I hope I didnt ruin my brand new ballast. Its only been running for like a week. I should have had it running on a surge protector....

Im an idiot, I think it just needed time to cool down. In fact, I think I read something in the manual about it needing time to start up again if shut down. I thought it was broken, glad its ok now.
