MUST BE NICE TO LIVE IN CALI.. the east coast is whack as fuck my state introduced a medicial marijuana bill 2 years ago, it unanimously was voted into committee and guess what? the bill has never left committee and not seen one more article in the paper. FUCK THAT, they can only try for so long...In the world of Police. this is not a crime drama. They do not Jam some1 with a few Oz especially if they Grew it. HERE IN CALI, Police are only looking to bust grow HOMES with 500+ Plants. they dont waste time on smaller grows. UNLESS its simply Violating Many LAWS such as a Grow Near a School, A Grow on PRIVATE PROPERTY.. but in your OWN HOME? No Cop will Risk busting less than Tens-Of-Thousands of Dollars Worth
You have a valid point, but this didnt occur in his home, this was shipped across state lines and I would bet money that the Dea is aware of it. Whether they do anything about it is a whole nother matter, I however would air on the side of caution and just assume worst case and plan from thereIn the world of Police. this is not a crime drama. I have extensive knowledge of contact center phone exchanges and voip equipment. Caller ID is standard on all phones in a contact center. Center's with IVR's pass the call data over to the agent. It is passed to their computer and to the hard phone on their desk.chances are, they have no clue what your number is if you went through prompts and stuff. i could be wrong, but when i call a company, they always have to get my number as confirmation. normally if you dialed a line direct they may have your number, but again, a big place like fed ex paying for caller id on that many phone lines? i doubt it...
You sure you're not from India?I have extensive knowledge of contact center phone exchanges and voip equipment. Caller ID is standard on all phones in a contact center. Center's with IVR's pass the call data over to the agent. It is passed to their computer and to the hard phone on their desk.

marijuana charges are by statute so they are different in each state, however when crossing state lines it becomes FEDERAL
FEDERAL, does not include crossing state lines
Possession of marijuana is punishable by up to one year in jail and a minimum fine of $1,000 for a first conviction. For a second conviction, the penalties increase to a 15-day mandatory minimum sentence with a maximum of two years in prison and a fine of up to $2,500. Subsequent convictions carry a 90-day mandatory minimum sentence and a maximum of up to three years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
Distribution of a small amount of marijuana, for no remuneration, is treated as possession. Manufacture or distribution of less than 50 kilograms of marijuana is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. For 50 kilograms or more the penalty increases to a possible 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000. Manufacture or distribution of 100 kilograms or more carries a penalty of 5 - 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $2,000,000. For 1000 kilograms or more, the penalty increases to 10 years - life in prison and a fine of up to $4,000,000.
