I harvest every 48 hours, it’s always dark in there.
You might want to try sitting in your tent with the lights off for 48 hrs to make sure you dont have any light leaks.

Its a 5 month process for me from seed/clone to harvest
3 month veg ( 2 seperate veg tents and 2 cloners)
About 2 months flower ( 3 flower tents)
1 room for drying
Just stagger everything and you too will be to harvest atleast once a month
