Help! How do I apply bat guano?

so I have a indica- hybrid that is day 22 into flowering. I recently just bought a 2.2 lbs bag of Sunleaves Jamacian Bat Guano. On Monday I would like to apply the bat guano to my plant with its next watering. Do I mix the bat guano with my water? Do I mix it in the soil? How do I apply it? How much do I use? What effects should I expect with the application of the guano? Also I need a simple tea recipe that I can use for my guano. I'm currently feeding my plant Fox Farm Tiger Bloom & Fox Farm Beastie Bloomz once a week. (I give her water twice a week) I am only intending on applying the guano once until harvest, which is on Monday hopefully. So please help, thanks!! Here's a picture of her today

There should be some instructions on the package.
If I want to supplement I'll take a couple heaping tablespoons & mix it with 3 gallons of water & stir well.
Typically I've got enough in my Super soil that it is not necessary to add any further.

Oh, and make sure not to breath the dust - potentially very nasty pathogens can be in that stuff.

3 galloons is a lot of water for one plant.

1 heaping TBSP to 1 GL water. Mix and let steep for 24 hours. Use for next couple feedings. I made that all up but thats what I would do.
