HELP is the Root growing upside down ?

hello everyone this is my first indoor grow and im in the middle of starting a grow journal but I need a little assistance if you guys would be so kind.
I got my first sign of life this morning but I am not sure if its growing its root upside down.

I posted a few pics at the bottom. im using a dome with heat mat along with 5 23 w 65k bulbs on them. I will be transplanting them in a tent under hps and mh lights thanks everyone for there help

thanks so is it ok to leave the lights on or should i leave them in the dark untill they form there first leave ?

Leave the light on for warmth. Seedlings really don't need that much light but they do need warmth.

thanks Im using a heat mat that came with the unit so I will need the heat from the lights on top of it
