Help landlord inspection

Yeah I get you but the only way we could get one is to rent it and near her of us are 25 also im in a flat I could maybe hide them in the loft but. I have started flushing incase

Hence me starting to flush mate already been on the phone to every van hire within 30 mile radius

What will flushing do, other than over water and under feed them for their final weeks?

You don't know anybody over the age of 25? What if you were moving house and home? You'd need a truck rented.

I think your biggest obstacle for hiding the plants is the smell. 7 weeks into flower and you are going to be jostling them around, it's going to smell Fantastically incriminating.

Things I would consider

1. What are the consequences in your State / Country for growing

-If it's federal "pound you in the ass" prison I would weigh the loss of the last mass / quality gain in the grow vs. the Probability of getting caught arrested and raped ect.

2. How smelly is your ganja / how easily can you hide the smell of live plants / chopped plants

-Ideally you have a spot to move them 24 hours before the inspection and ozium the hell out of the grow space so you can finish them properly

-However if you do have to chop remember the dry time / curing will probably have a greater impact on the overall quality of your bud than the last 2 weeks of flower so don't rush / sacrifice that part trying to get in a few more days of growth. That is assuming you only have 2 weeks left though, do you have any pictures of the buds ?

3. how big are the plants ( how easy is it to hide / move them )

-I have a few in 15 and 30 gallon pots so picking them up / hiding them in a joke at best, but if you have plants under 3 feet you can box them up, duct tape the pot to the inside of the box and secure them stems. this will make it easy to move them inconspicuously, which only leaves the problem of where to move them to.

4. Do you have a friend or family member that you COMPLETELY trust to not tell that one best friend of theirs that they are holding some ganja plants. You as a grower ( I hope ) don't tell people about your garden but the friend you trust could be your downfall. Nothing quite like the barrel of a 12 gauge in your face at 5 am held by the friend of a friend of a friend.....


After considering all of this it should be at least easier to know what to do. My personal recommendation ,assuming what you are doing is illegal in your state / depending on how the buds / trics look, is to chop a week before inspection, properly dry them, jar them up and make the next harvest better. I recommend this because I'm adverse to risk of any kind involving my butt hole. So with all of this said, it's really up to you and what you are willing to risk for the crop you worked this hard for to achieve.

Do you have a drop a storage bin service in your area. A storage company will drop a large crate in your driveway for you to fill up and when you call them they will take it away to storage yard. Obv with some stealth you could use it until after inspection then get picked up empty. Or use for a bit of storage xmas stuff wgatever in case you need again

Go buy some boxes around the height ya plants are and wrap them up and write some random fucking names on them. If your ll asks about them then you tell him its for some event. House or apartment?

that truck is your best bet, ive put mine into a van before.... big black garbage bags cover them completely and move em out. It sucks but ya. Or cut it and be done. Good thing about growing you always get another chance

Hey Lazygrower, Can you find some big boxes to put them in ? If you know the precise time of the visit you can put them in tall boxes and make sure your burning incense to cover the smell Tape the boxes shut and tell them Only if they ask what is in the Boxes. Just tell them I have to bring them to a friends that is moving and didn't have anyone to help them just say cloths and appliances and your really don't know what else, I never looked into them they are not mine. and if that is not possible bring them to a friends house in the boxes. I have done it before years ago the landlord asked me what is in them big boxes, I just said without pause, I am not really sure I think its just my buddies clothes, pictures, Pots and pans. and I had some sage burning, they never thought twice about it. just make em look good and neat. Don't flush them. Don't move them - they're too big and smelly for you to handle properly. Considering you're in the middle of a block of flats you could easily get spotted. You're young and seem prone to panicking... not a sensible plan IMO.

Chop them 2 days before the inspection.

Get the room cleaned up. Dispose of root balls and pack everything away.

Once the inspection is over get them back and dry them properly. Sure it's not ideal but better than getting caught.

If you do get caught you should already be familiar with sentencing guidelines from the CPS... obviously you're not though! You won't get a prison sentence for a first offence with 12 plants. You'd more likely get a caution/fine/community order. Shouldn't come to that though because you're going to do the sensible thing and cut them down beforehand then clean up after yourself right?

Stop flapping mate I have these inspections they only take 2 mins just cover the tent up with bed sheets or what I do is move my wardrobes to encase it turn everything of and get some towels and paint out and say I'm painting the walls they won't even go in the room coz of paint on the floor and walls been wet just shove shit all around it make it look as if you've moved everything in the corner so you can paint and it's covered because you don't wanna get paint on it they will be in and out before you know it

They won't take a blind bit of notice trust me spray some freshner job done I even put the paint buckets and trays in the door way and just let them peak in the room they don't even go in the room just say your painting then they love you for it simple

Just been in with them now and if by some chance they arnt all finished in time im just going to move them to my dads garage as he wont go in there and if he does I doubt he will do anything extream then bring them all back and finish them off because even tho I was shittin like a shaken dog this morning spent to much time to just cut them down early and I did have to get over the issue of not being able to run extraction and filters thanks to neutradol kind of regreat even buying it now
Ps only problem with moving the left over plants to my old mans garage is the fact that I'll have to do it a night which is risky

Yeah I like this idea this one could work how big is your tent tho because mine takes up most of the room length ways but fits snug on the wall side ways at 240cm long

Depends on the judge in my opinion mate and size of plants Iv heard of people going down for less and getting off with more also why wouldn't you flush them mate

I've had a few tents I have a 2x4x7 and a 3x3x7 onistly if you worry about it your not gunna sleep mate just make sure everything's of get some paint out act as if your painting try move the tent so it's out the way of you painting I've even piled black bin liners full of shit around it and said I was clearing the loft haha they don't give a fuck about your stuff or what's in the house they just care about the house been in visually good condition oh and make sure you tidy up around the house if it's clean when the person comes in they're in and out if your gath is a shit tip there gunna start nit picking at stuff they don't wanna be there longer than they have to they just wanna come in see it's ok and gone I just speak to them while there looking eases the tension and distracts um from even looking around

I've been caught twice got a warning the first time community service and a 300 quid fine the second time, they won't send you no where for a few plants mate. Every man and his dog is growing nowadays.
