For veg growth I prefer a ratio of 3 - 1 - 2 and transition/bloom with an auto i would attempt to stay near 1 - 1 - 1, your at 2 - 3.5 - 3, its not a crazy amount of P but constant use could lead to excess P in the soil which can cause a reduction of trace/secondary mineral uptake, the first signs of excess P is usually tip burn followed by ca/mg/fe/zn def.

Your tap water could be contributing to the issue also, I would try to look that report up.

10ml bio bloom with 2.5ml ca/mg with your tap should kick you into the 600-700 range, i can't tell you what's left behind in your soil but if its something like fox farms ocean forrest then id start at 600ppm and work your way up if needed, feed,water,water,feed with good run-off and dont increase unless it gets hungry.

Got to keep everything in balance, your leaves wont return green but the damage at the upper foliage should slow/halt, if the bottom starts yellowing out and dropping leaves, take another pic and post back here.

Another thing, dont let your soil dry out completely and dont let it stay wet for extended periods. A gallon to 6 gallons of soil (1:6 ) is what works for me, my 3 gallon pots take a half gallon max and i get some run-off.
