Help narrow seed order list.

don't get ceres fruity thai unless you've found a resource that claims it's seriously above average unless you want to gamble on it.

i recently grew out a BUNCH of similar smoking fruity jacks, thais and hazes and DNA genetics' sweet haze spanked them all! it's just a $10 fem too, so you can swing that for sure. it was the fruitiest strain in my grow, was sticky like glue, and unlike more generic hazes that are same old same old clear headed motivational euphoria, it had some real psychoactivity going on too when i had to cut everything down early after forgetting to turn my fan on one night and all of my plants got burned. i thought i grew fruity thai, and know i researched it at least, not a lot of info out there on it, but instead grew kannabia thai fantasy which was nice enough, but sweet haze was just that much better in every way. it's my #2 favorite after possibly trippier jack's cleaner 2 though seeing if their personalities change at harvest needs to be done to be sure which one's trippier. in your list, qleaner looks the most interesting to me, followed by critical jack.

sweet haze is a little stretchy and IBL leaning, but that's probably why it's THC profile is nicer than more indy dominant strains like jack crosses. it's worth it for the QUALITY and that is my only concern.

hope that helps.

oh, i don't know how long the flowering time is on utopia haze, but it sounds like a 12 week or more strain while both jack's cleaner 2 and sweet haze are just 9 week strains and NOT embarrased by the likes of REAL columbian gold grown in cali mountains! they might not be as trippy, but JC2 has some fun touchy feely effects, and sweet haze has way better flavor and both have that "bag appeal" resin.

oh yeah, if you want a REALLY potent sativa and don't mind a 12 week wait, grow some high quality seeds' haze x skunk! it has at least some trippiness, though i want to compare my top 3 side by side to see which is the tripmeister. it's extra potent and long lasting though with euphoria and no more couchlock than lead eye, even after a month! even columbian gold got stony after that long forcing vacations to get tolerance lowered back down to CBD & CBN. not a fan of the cheesy cigar wrapper flavor, but if a strain can induce losing 10 pounds or so in a month and get me to quit drinking cold turkey too with a very nice high, then i can overlook that and it's not as vile as diesels, cat piss, or even licorice tasting durban poison. it's only $28 too. it's a arger stretchy plant, but if you SCROGged it, you'd get tons of little buds as it has a really cool single bud every couple inches budding pattern that could only improve if the popcorn thinks it's a top cola. ;)

if you're growing mixed strains, you should definitely SCROG them all, especially the stretchier ones.

i don't have any experience with any of the strains you named, but i'll vouch that jack's cleaner 2, sweet haze & haze x skunk all kick much ass in their own slightly different ways. i'm a total get high only pot snob, and all 3 deliver the goods and then some. i'm keeping my eyes open for better, but so far, that's it, short of growing out some crazy 24 week haze IBL.

Just out of curiousity, how hot does it have to be for your 4 week plants to be killed in one night? 110-120 degrees maybe?

I gotta say most of what you've listed I wouldn't be interested in at all.

Ceres seeds appears to be a bunch of knock offs (read: F2's or worse).

Barney's has some well known questionable genetics.

GHS seems like a mixed bag, I do know for a fact Super Lemon Haze is a nice plant however. If you bought more than one seed I'd guess you'd find something worthwhile.

Many people hate Nirvana with a passion. They are again mostly knockoffs.

Delicious seeds has some interesting stuff. I ran La Diva outside (2x) this year and both plants were reasonably decent although I doubt I'd ever pay for the seeds (they were freebies). Fairly resinous, decent smelling etc. But still just B grade at best. Considering it was feminized and an auto I'll take that as a pretty good accomplishment and it was worthy enough that I will eventually order something from them with a little research.

Paradise has some stuff I'd consider, but they wouldn't be at the top of my list as I'd rather get some Mr Nice gear which AFAIK is the basis for most of their work.

Never heard of New Era Seeds. Might be good, I don't know. Sounds good, but the marketing is mostly fluff and should be ignored (outside of details such as parent genetics).

RP's Skywalker OG is not Skywalker OG and exists to make money off the name from absolutely everything I have ever read about it. I read a lot about this crap. They have some gear I'd probably try but I have yet to see anyone very happy with this variety and some people are genuinely upset that companies cash in on elite clone only names.

Honestly I'm more interested in the DNA genetics than I am RP (They are the same company). RP is the dutch side I believe. I think DNA has better genetics (American side).

Chocolope is probably the only strain you have on your list that's definitely on my to try.

TGA people seem to have mixed reviews. You will find supremely incredible plants with selection. The amount of selection is what is up for debate. You will also probably find hermaphrodites and other undesirable plants due to their breeding practices. From what I can see, you aren't looking for selection, you're assuming these genetics are stable. Probably none of what you have listed is completely stable and finding the best representation of the plant will probably take more than 1 or 2 seeds (for all of them, although you probably will find a winning plant, it still might not be the best the variety has to offer).

Lots of people have complained about herms on the Plushberry. But I have also seen some incredible phenotypes that I would kill to have in my garden.

Of all the TGA varieties I want to try, JTR, Vortex, Space Dawg and Chernobyl are probably my top choices (well, I do have a pack of Vortex).

Never heard of seedism seeds.

Companies you should investigate - Mr Nice, Sannies (run their own shop), Gage Green Genetics, Bodhi (who has a drop coming around the end of the month) and I'm interested in PeakseedsBC. Just like almost everything I've read and the prices are really good (they runt heir own site too).

Rare Dankness seems to have good feedback as well.

Good luck with your selection, great plants can be found in a lot of crosses, it's just a matter of how much selection is necessary and how high quality the top end plants are that really distinguishes companies.

TY for the detailed feed back.. yea, im still a noob on strains and stability. Ive just started doing research and has been a lot of sleepless stony nights the past week. I figured I would try out a few things maybe clone what I like or order again. Thus just pick n mix

No matter what its got to be a step up from just bag seed right?

I do know for a fact Super Lemon Haze is a nice plant however.
not to me. it was THE schwag plant in my grow! i placed an order just to get that freebie too. all i got was a slow ass plant that took 3-4 leafsets to stop mutating by which time even malawi gold had left it in the dust and started flowering. the buzz was no better than any of the similarly generic jacks, thais & hazes i grew. maybe my freebie was just old stock, but i was already taking early popcorn samples delaying SCROG trimming when SLH was just mutating. given a choice between that and ceres fruity thai, i'd take a chance on ceres as my rokerij amnesia haze (not really, just name lifting) was just as good as most of the other fruity hazes i was growing except sweet haze which was just that much fruitier and was truly psychoactive, though not trippy level. GHS has proven itself unworthy to me, but i didn't get any hermies. i can say that much.

you really have to wonder what's up when a bunch of people despise GHS seeds and then a bunch of others swear by them. it makes me think that like some other breeders, they have to try and spin their schwag as good. i learned all i need to know about them after getting my dismal freebie.

greenhouse, vancouver island seedbank & KC brains are on my "no way ever" list.

Get rid of everything from Barney's Farm and GHS.

Really GHS? I'm about to cut El nino from green house and I have had a taster, it came back again and again in waves for three hours+, great buzz, not sleepy, pain gone. I
cant wait for the finished product!
