help put lamp to close burn? HELP FAST

so i just put the plant a little bit closer to the light for like 40mins and when i looked the leaves where upwards and the leaves where a little bit black heres some pics its 2 days old

why dont you go take a newborn baby andput it on the sidewalk in summer and see what happens. come on, 2 days old?

You must be gentle with seedlings. They're hurt, and will take time to recover. Back off the light, don't feed, and don't over water.

it already looks better i backed off the light and how mutch water should i give it in mls

Wait until the pot feels as light as when you put the dirt in it before the first watering. Dont water the top middle of the dirt, wait and water the whole pot thoroughly. This will promote better root development and not create dry pockets in the soil. Roots need to breath as much as they need water.
