Hi buddies,
can anyone tell me about the fan's wires of an arctic cooling alpine 11 pro rev.2?? The colours are in this order: black, yellow, green and blue. Ok, black must be negative (V-), which one is the positive(V+)??
What about the other ones?

Try black as ground and yellow as +12v (positive). PC fans frequently use green and blue as sensors. A lot of them can run at different speeds based on their motherboard.
