i used to use a 1911 as a conceal gun but i got tired of scuffing up such an expensive gun not to mention 45 gets heavy being carried around all day. so i opted for a springfield armory xd-9 in od green with pierce grip extensions. smaller caliber but more ammo in the mag.

in the end the Black Talon brand was the only thing banned, and in fact Black Talons were only mediocre at their intended porpose. regardless of the hype lies and fearmongering (the lefty mediua's speciality) Black Talons could not magically penetrate ballistic vests, pass through the engine block of a buick killing the children on the other side, and unlike the "88 Magnum" from Johnny Dangerously, there is handgun which can "shoot through schools".

my personal arsenal contains a wide array of controlled expansion bullets for every caliber and every purpose. everything from milled bronze mololithic solids (designed for elephants and rhinos) to frangible rounds designed to disintegrate into harmless powder on impact with a single sheet of drywall.

EH? What fucked up state do you live in? Most everywhere is "Shall Issue" CCW. Never heard of a sheriff being able to deny a CCW without any provable offences to show someone unworthy of a permit.

point 1: when i was a lad we had a rifle club IN JUNIOR HIGH. there were always guns on campuses in rural areas, sometimes in the racks in the student's pickups, sometimes in the teacher's lounge if a member of the faculty or two were going hunting after school. oddly we didnt have "school shootings" now all schools are "Gun Free Zones" which of course means "Unarmed Victim Zones". even their administration styles lead to MORE violence.
