hermaphrodite? Pic included, should I cut down to save other plants?

Please help, first grow and don't know why this one is starting to show seeds. I am 3 weeks into flowering and on certain parts of the plant I am starting to see seeds. 75% of the plant is female... All the other plants in the tent are 100% female and I don't see any seeds. But should I cut down this hermaphrodite to prevent pollination? I am about to cut it down right now, just am second guessing myself. Thanks.

Looks like a lot of balls. Sometimes I see one or two down low and just pull them off before they release anything. But if its that bad I would take it out.

thats what I was thinking on doing, but now I see a little bit of seeds on the plant to the left of it and on another plant. Just realizing this :( There has been no light leakage and all these are femmed seeds, so I am starting to get bummed out here. Seeds came from serious seeds the breeder.

I might just cut them down quick before it spreads to the other plants. This might be a stupid question, but could I use the cut down unmature plant to make hash?

Alright I just cut down 3 out of the 7 that were in the 5x5. So I am left with 4. I still have more in the 4x4 that are looking good with no seeds. This is very disappointing, next time I guess I will just try harder to pick better genetics, was expecting good things from the breeder serious seeds... The only thing wrong with my environment was that it might have been a little to crowded, so I don't mind chopping three down cause these plants were getting huge. I read that stress could cause hermie, but the plants were as healthy as could be, good air flow, temps, humidity, white roots, leaves greener than could be... Hope other people learn from my mistakes, I need to pick a different breeder for my next run.

well shit, I think two more plants have been pollinated cause they are showing brownish/redish hairs. Don't know if this is a for sure sign, this might of just ruined my whole entire grow. Could someone please confirm on when/how you can tell if your female plants have been pollinated. I can take pictures if that helps. Sorry, feel like I am spamming this thread full of questions.
