Hijack - Auto Seeds CFL/T5 Grow

So here it is week 4 update, not many changes besides she's growing like crazy
Today the HiJack got it's first shot of Tiger Bloom 1/4 strenght, will see how she reacts to it. But so far so good, almost half way there

The only issue I have is that my pot is drying out fast the RH is 20% all the time, I don't know if that because of that they are square pots? But I don't think that's the problem.
Not enough soil in the pot? I did the mistake and didn't top the pot with soil I left it about 2" from the top and now when the plant is bigger it's harder to water, and it seems like it's drying out faster. I don't mind watering my plants every other day but that's the only issue I have for rite now lol.

I think I'll have also get me some kind of a heater the temps are at 78F with light on and about 67F with light off, but that's now, when winter comes that's when I'll need some kind of a heater next to my intake hole so it can draw warm air from the heater.

just water everyday. at this stage of the game you would have to sit them in a swimming pool to overwater them, they are growing and drininking alot feed 2x a week (light) and a little water every day keep that soil moist as long as its draining well your good

also if theytake to the feeding well dont be afraid to go to 1/2 str, if you going to feed 2x a week stay at 1/2 str 2x a week will be normal doseage

little update for my lil guys, the double diesel ryder is doing fine but some of the early growth is a little wonky, im assuming just genetics? The DDR is only a day behind but the hijack is leaving her in the dust! this lady is taking off! first 2 pics are the DDR and the second 2 are the hijack, note: the weird yellowing is from lighting and the picture, they look fine in person. Also, not sure if its just me being a happy dad or not, but i think i can faintly smell the hijack when i stick my nose to her. Probably just my subconscious wanting her to smell, therefore telling my brain it smells. haha


anyways, im going out of town in the morning, i will be gone for about 6 days. luckly my roommate can take care of the girls for a few days. cant wait to see the growth when i get back!

Thank you Matt, yeah she's drinking fooking a lot..the draining is great in those square pots it really does the job lol.
So far she only got one shot of TB at 1/4 strenght and she looks like she likes it so next feeding I'll up the does to 1/2 strenght.
But man she's growing mad fast, rite now she's at 18.5". she's much bigger then the NL auto or D.R she's much bushier with much more bud sites.

Yeah that HiJack will take off on you like crazy lol like I told Matt in the post above, my plant is 30 days old and is now 18.5" tall and she's not done growing yet.
Hey Grape how big are your pots? Bcuz they look a bit small or is it just a pictures? Are you planing on transplant them in a near future?
And your DDR grows and looks like my AKR lol it's going to be nice compare them two. You are on day 9 with your ddr and I'm on day 11 with my akr.

Hope you have a nice and safe trip wherever you going buddy. Get ready for a nice surprise when you come back, your girls will be much bigger then you remember them lol.

Culled a herm yesterday. It polinated all of my girls. But since it's just mine I'll just not grow crap seeds again. Fuck hermies! RAWR!

Bumps ooh Shit!!! Sorry to hear that brotha That shit ain't just rite...all of your girls got pollinated? Are you going to grow some of them for some seeds?
Was that a bag seed or some seed you got from a bank?

It was a bagseed off a hermie so I knew it could happen. I think it'll be ok. I'm not tryin to take over the world here just keep me and mine stoned...

Just few pictures of a HiJack on day 32, she's Big but like I always say big girls need Love too And here are two pictures of AKR on day 13 I don't know why the claw leafs I know its not from heat stress bcuz since the temps dropped outside my temps in the box are at 76-78 with lights on and aroubd 66-68 with lights of RH is at still 20%
You guys think the AKR looks a bit small for 13 days? or is it just me?

Nice auto man, she looks promising. The AKR looks a lil distressed. Those up turned blades could be a sign of heat stress, but i dunno. Thats what i would think but it seems way further away from the light than the other one! Or is she in a different room? Check ur temps have u got a digital probe?

Hey Lowblower, that AKR is in the same box as the HiJack I made a partition like in the middle of the box bcuz the AKR is still using veg lights.
So temps are the same, I checked those leafs and they seem to be very brittle like dry paper.

And the other thing is I think I packed the soil to much, so I got a bamboo skewer and poked few holes around the pot and moved the soil around a bit so it would become much looser will see if that will that help.
It also seems that the soil keeps it moisture for much longer when it's packed like that. So maybe over watering? The soil seems a bit moist.
Will just have to wait and see.

Yeah man i was very generous with vermiculite and perlite on my current grow, Compact soils are a no no! Hopefully you won't have damaged any roots! Must have been a stressful manouvre lol

lookin fine man, some just start slow. i had bad claw cause i was overfeeding...20% rh is a lil low too...it should be much better with the lights off though no? it just gets down to 20? what feed sched u on?

Yes it was stressful manouvre lol, but I did something else I gently up rooted the plant and re potted into a less packed pot, I think she took it like a soldier.
Only two leafs are dying I think bcuz of the transplant, but besides that she looks good. Here are two pictures of the AKR and it's leafs
She doesn't look stressed or it's just me lol, she should bounce back from that, I hope.

Monster Hey Buddy how's everything?

The clawing upwards was bcuz I had the soil packed in to much in that pot, it was really packed lol stupid mistake, but like I said in above post I did a transplant in to a new pot with less packed soil and she seems to be ok so far, but only about 24hrs passed since the transplant. So will see how she do.

The RH is at 20% with the lights on with the lights off is a bit higher at around 40-50%.
I feed every other watering at 1/2 strength and it seems she likes it.

lol i guess i barely looked at the pic. i wouldnt worry about that at all. lookin geeewwwdd! schedules sound good too...i still think 20 is a teensy bit low, but clearly its workn so lol
