I think most geography and history buffs are aware that the ocean is in places it didnt used to be. There is a ton of cities and villages that are underwater now that were in places that didnt use to have ocean. And then there are all the places that dont have ocean now that used to, look at the American West.. Colorado, Utah, Nevada, etc.

I don't understand the point you're trying to make. There probably are civilizations we haven't discovered yet that got lost to the sands of time, that's pretty likely, and they might have built giant structures like pyramids, but the best evidence we have of any type of civilization in the Americas is, as cannabineer mentioned, the Clovis people.

What it seems is being suggested is that ancient cultures created empires 10,000-15,000 years ago in North America that we have no record of today, only sunken ruins. How they got there, when, we have no idea because there is nothing else to go on. You can't assume anything in science. If anything it requires further investigation before you can reach a conclusion.
