where not allowed guns, swords of any kind ,knifes (obv not cooking knifes where allowed them) all under the offensive weapon act ......
What do they talk about on the news? The shootings take the first 7 min of the news here.
since the general population is unarmed and unable to defend themselves, the first 10 min of news is about the injuries to victims attacked by thugs ;)

Have you tried glock before? They are one hell of a pistol!! You dont have to maintain it ever and it will always fire no matter what!!!....... that remington 870 tactical is my preference, but any 870 is badass!!!...!
yes it is a sweet pistol but dont believe the hype.any gun that uses a spring to feed rounds from the clip will suffer from spring fatigue. the spring gets weak from being conpressed and wont force the rounds up into the chamber.this may take a few yrs but will happen. I keep a ruger blackhawk in 45 long colt in the bed room and an 870 downstairs.a revolver can sit for decades without a problem.

Several security features here...
1. CCTV Cameras, total of 8
2. Entire ceiling lined in (supposed) IR blocking material.
3. Heavily secured door to grow room.
4. German Shepherds.
5. Guns, more guns and even more guns.
6. The peace knowing not a sole knows there is a grow room here.

guns get you shot, cameras video tape your shit getting jacked, can't go to the cops with it so your stuck with your thumb up your ass. dogs rip the shit out of anyone that tries anything. You would have to be one dumb mo-fo to try to get in my house. Even salesmen will walk up to my door, hear my dog bark then turn their ass around. When you have a gnarly dog people just don't fuck with you.

or a smart mofo w/ a 1/4 lb of hamburg & a bottle of sleeping pills
& saying a gun will get you shot is like saying having a fire extinguisher will cause fires.

well i guess i should have said a trained dog, if you have a dumb dog that will take food or anything from a stranger then you're SOL. As for you gun comment, you must have never been involved in a robbery that went bad because someone other than the robber pulled a weapon. I have had this happen, guy stole money from a convenience store everything was cool he was about to walk out the door when dude pulled out a gun and jumped on him, got his ass shot. Everything would have been fine and everyone would have walked away alive had he not tried to be a hero, or if he just had a good dog like mine. I don't get the fire extinguisher comparison, completely dumb. So bring that meat over and whatever pills you think may help you succeed, and enjoy your new ass hole

ha. i like the fire extinguisher analogy. kbo, if i pull my glock out believe me it is not i that will be shot. and the new asshole would belong to your dog or dogs. no need for pills. gota AAC evolution .40 so it cycles rounds nice and quiet. i could be in the next room and youd think your dog just tripped ans fell over... talk about home security. i could secure your home and youd never know it.

shazzam. home security 101 if gunshots arent heard then gunshots arent reported. leaving plenty of time for ammonia, bleach, and peroxide (trifecta of blood removal) and a 55 gal drum 1/3-1/2 full of diesel to dispose of any carpets rugs clothes bodies etc. get the BBQ going in a remote place and leave. also steel shell casings and a good magnet wouldn't hurt. as for the slugs... leave em. toss the barrel and buy a new one. they aren't traceable and dealers don't question a threaded bbl.

funny post green... But you wouldn't even make it through the door. My shepards just recently finished their k9 training school. doesn't matter what kind of gun you have, you can't shoot what you can't see. By the way nice place to give away your method for getting away with a shooting, brilliant.

You sound like a moron! Your dogs are not superman, superhuman, or bulletproof, nor do they have ninja like stealth! Not only can they be shot or stabbed, they can easily be pepper sprayed. Police and military dogs have been killed in the line of duty and they are trained better than your dogs and have been hand selected out of hundreds and hundreds of dogs. Stop being naive. We know you love your dogs, but use some simple logic. They would be a strong deterrent at best, anybody truly motivated would kill them quickly!

Wow you sound like you know my dogs better than i do... Wonder how that is. They have been through the same training that police and search and rescue dogs go through. I don't think you're familiar with the police k9 selection process at all by how you claim they are selected. I know dogs have been killed in the line of duty, but mine are familiar with their territory, and they know their patrol. If anyone tries to force entry they are there before you get a chance to open a door or break a window. Might sound like superman super human ninja dog status, but it is just intense, consistent training that they love and are absolutley motivated to do their work. Your negativity and rude comments are completely out of place. Show some respect even if you don't agree with what is being posted.

I'm very familiar with the way police and military dogs are selected, and I'm also familiar with attack dog training, and not just guard dog training! I also know for a fact your dogs have not been through the same training as police dogs for the simple fact they are not police or military dogs, the same methods of training is likely. Same overall training? Not a chance in hell! I might not know your dogs better than you, but i do know dogs better than you, especially since you took them to a school and didn't train them yourself! They don't sound like superman/superhuman/ ninja dogs, that is what you are portraying them to be. They can easily be stopped and you know that as well as I do! And I don't show respect to ignorant people. I'm not going to turn this into a thread about dogs, but at the end of the day you have two dogs which can easily be killed by a man regardless of what you say or claim!

The process isn't to sift through hundreds of dogs. I had a black lab that needed to keep busy so we posted him for sale for something outrageous...900 dollars for a 3 year old, or similar...and we got a call from a Miami/Dade Policeman. He wanted to see how motivated he was to toys and such of his. We through a kong with peanut butter and it bounced over a 6'6" fence; Falcon the lab was close behind straight over the fence.

The cop pulled out cash and said he wants him.

There is no "selection process", it's if the cop likes/feels comfortable with the dog.

He was probably looking for a bomb sniffing dog, drug sniffing dog etc etc! There is definitely a selection process and you are 100% right with them being toy motivated as the first step, the crazier they go over their toy, the easier they are to train with it! I'm sure that guy was just some random municipal police officer. Serious agencies go through hundreds of dogs to find that 1 dog that goes nuts for his toy, and then the process continues, they have to be physically capable of a lot to even continue the training process, a high toy drive alone will not qualify them for their job!

the method doesn't matter if the shooter gets away with it. its all hypothetical anyway. i love dogs so id be more inclined to pet them. if i were to meet them anyway. but i think that dogs are probably one of the best defense systems. they bark, they bite, and shepards are very trainable. a good first line of defense, coupled with an alarm/cctv system for away times, and a loaded gun for times at home and you cant get much better than that. within reasonable price range anyway. the electromagnet door lock is also a good idea but expensive.

you're right bump there is no selection process. The police don't have thousands of dogs bred and tested. Thats just a ridiculus claim. A lot of the dogs that the police use are donated from local breeders. A friend of mine donates one pup a year and they don't get to come pick it out, and they aren't solely for bomb sniffing. They become K9 officers. I think this guy just likes to argue.
