Michigan is about to start opening up recreation dispensarys. They will be separate from med. dispensarys and what I herd will have a 18 % thc limit. I'm positive that everday smokers will still be buying it on the streets. Only the weekend and vacationing smokers will buy from them. Now the med. shops won't have a thc limit and will cost less because the recreation side will be gouging the weekend / vacationing crowd. Seed to sale just like Colorado and tested for pesticides, bugs, mold and so on.
