How can i get my root and stem stronger

Dont start over and destroy what you got, start more if you want with the new lights and then decide. All hope isnt lost, if anything use these as learner's and then grow better ones. If you top then I'd start over because you'll have nothing but stem left!

lookie here cowboy. look at the bottom of the stem. just look at it...now, imagine that what your lookin at is a neck.
just spaz out AND break the neck! do this once a day and your stem will be sweee-heeet and strong from the recovery =O

start over. it wont take long. your shit is jacked and even if u salvage em its gona take forever for em to do their shit...like the above post stated. if you keep at the pace your going youll end up with some rope dope and all the time and risk will be for nothing. if your gona do it....do it right.

So u guys really think i shouldstart over and trash all the 8 plants i got man well it's only been a month so i guess ur rigt im tryin to get some quality seeds but dont know where to get them from

The link on the top of the page that says seeds; you can get good seed there.... in the mean time, you should try and help your plants recover with the advice given to you. i wouldn't have high expectations for them, but it could be educaional for you, while you get some new seeds germinating.
your problem started with lighting though... You need to get the right lighting... I have a 2 foot t5 flourescent fixture, it cost me 80 bucks shipped; it is perfect for starting seedlings, cuttings and vegging, no streching whatsoever.. I keep them vegging under the t5 until it's time to move them under my HIDs...

I have'nt bought seeds anywhere yet using clones but I'm a noob on my first grow and I can tell u what I've had some fuck up lol= over watering= gnats diatomacious earth abd mosquito bits been killen em off but any who they done did damage but for real just ride em thro you'll get some bud and like stated before its allllllll about finding your green thumb in failed successful grows most fail a lot before getting better bud so keep em good n take the advice on lights. Btw dnt stress bout lumens as they are what human eyes can see not necessarily plants!! Just get as high lumen u can in 6500 kalvin for veg and 2700 kalvin for flower. Good luck to you!!!!

HEY BRO!! QUIT YELLING. Like every one said. Better lights better plants. If your poor like me. Get some cheap apllo cfls from eBay. Or get at least T5 tubes from the hardware store. In acouple of grows you'll be styling.once you have a grip on things save up and upgrade your light's to H.I.D.( high intensity discharge) like high pressure sodiums. . a small 150 or 400 watter are great for small grows. Oh and fans.lol
