So I want to get a bunch of bud this season. Do people just throw a hundred of seeds in dirt and spray some nutrients on them and hope the best when they grow mids. I was thinking about pouring $100 worth of soil on the ground (making a one foot bed) and placing a bunch of germinated seeds on them. Please dont criticize even tho it will be tempting lol. I just dont have the money at the time and need some extra bud.
Should i only expect like 5 grams a plant if i do it this way and take out the males hah.

Just an idea , i have a shit ton of seeds. I will be growing some nice plants with care but i really want to know how they get those 100+ grows to looks so good.

They are just like any other commercial farmer.
Yes I'm sure they take time to germinate seeds plant them in individual rows, and irrigate them accordingly, just like any other farmer would.
You can tell they still have their problems because they get seeds in what could be high quality marijuana.
I know that's how I learned how to grow. I took the best of the Mexican that came across the border; found the best seeds and planted them.
I could see good genetics in the weed, so I planted them.
My point is; I grew some pretty kick ass weed that sold for some pretty good prices from Mexican bags seed.
Don't shit yourself they know what they're doing they just have some problems when you growing on that kind of a scale.

Dig a trench 1ft deep, however many feet long you want, about 1.5-2ft wide and mix back in 1/2 the soil and 1/2 compost from the dump/ store then pile on a mix of good soil and compost 1-2 ft above that. Plant a seed every ft or two or closer and pull up the males when they preflower, top a bunch and wait. Maybe throw some more compost on top of the base of the plants if they start yellowing or after a few months...bone meal when they start flowering. All those things should run you <100$ but a bit of work, and not so inconspicuous so I'm guessing you live somewhere its legal.. You could add in drip irrigation if you can afford it, it's about 30-50 bucks depending on if you get a kit or want a timer and if you use a reservoir

... doubtful most mexi brick weed is grown by poor ignorant farmers. planted and harvested by hand. bad soil in most of mexico, way too hot and shitty farmers all come together to bring us that swag. not to mention weed grown in mexico usually doesnt hit the street in the US untill a year or more after harvest. ive grown mexi bag seeds quite a few times. good genetics are in those strains, lmost of the time, but its hit and miss.

do some homework...you hav no biz taking something on that you know nothing about. growing isnt all that fun..its hard work, when it comes down to it we are hard working farmers.

Why I'm sorry to hear that you don't get stuff that is fresh.
I was talking about high quality commercial green, not brown and not old.
The probably has to do with where I live though.

Funny you say that.....but I think it would be a pretty good guess that A bunch of us got our start growing by using seeds from the weed that was coming in back in the day....some called Mexican...other stuff we got was Columbian....Red Bud....just those old school genetics that were most common back in the day.....We all did it....A few of my buddies and I, we grew out a bunch and sometimes it was a real bitch because....it was all Sativa and the area we were in was cold and short season so some years we could finish them and other years if cold came in to early we were screwed....but after years of working with those genetics...you know we were able to aclimate those genetics to our area and usually we could get them finished.....those were the days where it was all outdoors....no one was talking indoor back then......good memories!!

Do what? Grow shit weed? Not Mexicans in general, but Mexican weed itself. It's shit because like most outside gorilla commercial grows it's grown outside, usually in poor conditions and almost never properly dried and never cured.
