I think there's fungus gnats in my soil but I grow in promix bx mycorrhizae and I want to get rid of the fungus gnats without killing the mycelium. Any tips?

more airflow
I forgot that. Air circulation under the canopy is CRITICAL. You can scrog a tent out and pack it with plants but you gotta have air circulation ABOVE and UNDER. Ive always been a bit crazy with air circulation but I had gnats from fresh bags of soil and they all died very quickly. Ive never had any bug infestation knock on wood. Theres not really any part of my tent that is a "good comfortable place" for any bugs. Way to much air movement, low humidity, powerful light, etc etc.

Same problem here, used gnatrol sticky traps and let plants dry to point of wilting and the fuckers are getting worse! Can i cover tops of pots with saran wrap? Oh and i almost forgot covered top of soil with diametaous earth

You must be watering way to much if they are still getting worse. Put up a bunch of yellow sticky traps and water less.

Plants are wilting in between waterings, got sticky traps galore, may cover tops with sand also but was curious about covering top of pots with saran wrap too, not sure what other problems that may cause though

Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew by Bonide @ 2 oz per/gallon of water.

Apply using sprayer onto any soil surfaces including the drain holes of pots and spray into trays, the product contains Spinosad which is a bacteria that kills thrips & gnats like no other but isn't super toxic or poisonous to us at least.. Every 7 days or whenever an issue is spotted, you cannot really over do it as long as you follow dosing.

I'm pretty sure I picked up 1 quart of it at my local grow store for $20 out the door.

Sticky traps are an excellent suggestion although they are only going to show an issue is present they will not kill larvae that are feeding on your roots or gnats that are able to avoid the traps. Personally I use a flying insect catcher called "katchy" from Amazon in the grow 24/7 just make sure the light stays away from direct plants if possible.
