First, Whodat...did you used to go by WhodatNation or something like that? anyway
I have tons of recipes for brownies, cookies, candies, pretty much anything you want. I bake most of my cookies at 375f and have no degradation of effectiveness.
I don't really use butter in my chocolates, I use my coconut hash oil. But that doesn't mean you can't
Simply melt down a bag of chocolate chips in a double boiler (very careful not to get even a drop of water in it or the chocolate will seize up on you) and add your butter. The more you add the softer it will turn out though, just keep in fridge to keep solid.
Do you like Snickerdoodles? Here is my WeedRdoodles (R) recipe:
sift together 2 3/4 cups flour, 2 tsp cream of tarter, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
Cream together in mixer: 1 cup canna butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla. Cream together until nice and fluffy, then add flour mixture in 3 additions (add, mix, add, mix, add, mix). After combined, add 1 bag of Hershey's cinnamon chips.
I use a 2 oz scoop for even measurement. I scoop all the cookies, then roll them into a ball and roll around in sugar/cinnamon mixture. If baking right away, bake at 350f for about 10 minutes. I bake all my cookies from frozen at 375f for 13 minutes.
