You harvest when ever you want :) it's your plant.

However everyone here told you 3ish weeks or more. You already said you tend to harvest to early. So take a deep breath and step away from the plant. Stop thinking you are some how going to mess it up by letting it finish growing.

You will not over ripen your plant.

Nothing good comes from chopping early.

I would bet if you chopped now vs in 3ish weeks when it's actually ripe you will miss out on 15-20% yield. You definitely will miss out on flavor and smell, as well as overall quality of the smoke and potancy.

Don't even look at the trichomes until 90% of the stigma(pistils) are reddish and have shrunk down to the buds. Then you need to use a scope to actually see the trichomes heads, and you need to look at the trichs on the buds, never on leaves.

Im all about not missing out on the Flavour!
A lot of my early chop stuff lacks flava.
I had an OG kush that i let Ripen all the way and it was amazing.

Ill let this girl go another 2 or 3 weeks.

Will post again in like 2 weeks to ask this question again.
Im in NO RUSH.
I Have loads of good indoor sitting in Jars so i don't need to harvest anyway.

Sounds like a solid plan.

Early harvesting is the number one reason growers come on here asking why their weed tastes or smells like hay. We have all done it at one point or another. The key is not doing it unless its absolutely nessecary(bud problems or life problems that mean you MUST cut)

Update:

It seems to be yellowing up.
What does it mean if its Yellowing at this point?
Should i feed more or is it nearing its end?
Definitely fattening. Had to strap her in with a support...
Tied her to the railing above.

Just means it’s finishing up and imo wasn’t feed proper. None of my plants “fade” the stay a nice healthy green start to finish.

So to be clear. can you give me your ratio NPK that you feed until the end?
i cut out Nitrogen completely but ill add it back in if its actually better to have it?

Update.

I had to tie some of the stems up for support...
Definitely gaining weight.

cut off a tiny lower bud a few days back and dried it and smoked it to see how its going.
It was actually kind of sweet tasting. Definitely earthy. but sweet.
the high is not much at this stage.

I give nitrogen every few feedings. Not every time in flower. And near the end not at all. I've had a plant get messed up because of too much nitrogen in flower. So now I'm very sparing with it.

The plant looked like it was going into reveg and the buds where small and never developed properly.
