Very nice! I'm actually running some bodhi also lol just some very frosty trim from thunder and purple wookie. I plan on freezing pucks and then micro planeing into new pizza boxes to dry then pressing and rolling into temple balls. Do you only use 3 catch bags?

Yes, after a couple washes I could see what I was catching and took a few bags out. I went 120, 90, 45. After a few runs it wasnt worth keeping the 73 in so I took it out, not minding if it mixed with the 45. According to Frenchy, it all depends on the strain on head size. I'm pretty green when it comes to bubble, but i follow Frenchy's method closely. Less ice, less agitation (but more washes), cold environment, cold tools. He's using a freeze dryer now I believe which is a far better way of drying hash, retains terps much better. I think the drying is the trickiest part imo. I'll have to wait on a freeze dryer until the price on the ones with oilless pumps comes down by a lot lol
I'd like to see the planing method if you think of it. That looks really nice after its shaved, I'd like to try it sometime

Personal batches I don't think need cure. But any amount or storage is better with the oils sealing it. Low temp pressing to release the oils or Frenchy method. Plaques or balls at that amount.
Cool. Thanks man! I have yet to invest in a press but have been looking at a few. For now I have done some runs before by hand without a washer. And presses and rolled but pretty small volume. Planning on doing the same with these. Will be my first larger volume run and the first with the washer. So it should be interesting!
I seem to think in a French accent while making bubble hash too! Lol! And it really seems to help... Do short washes. The first, after a soak of about a half an hour, should be less than a minute. Then another short wash and just keep increasing the wash time until the return has diminished to the point you decide to stop. And really work the resin heads (with the fan setting on your hose) while they are in the bags, it really helps to make a nicer, cleaner product.
Yeah, I do it both ways. And sometimes I also just press it flat and leave it, too.
it's easier to tear a piece off that way. The temple balls are for long term storage and aging. So many good things happen to the resin while it's aging that, in my opinion, it is worth it to take the extra steps required. We'll if you have enough to justify it, I guess.
