I had a HTC TouchPro II that was a windows based phone. I liked it a lot at the time. Still have it and I want to replace it. How do you decide which one really is the most dependable? I need to be online when needed and want to, also, be the wifi link for the computer when I'm on the road.

Lucky me I still have the unlimited data for cheap.
 
I just got a cheap $60 smartphone with an older Android version. x) No point in spending hundreds of dollars when in 6 months the whole phone game is going to be switched up and you sank hundreds of bucks into an outdated phone. :p

Crypty has said nearly everything I would have... But would this crazy idea catch on when there is already so much controversy over acquiring a tattoo? Also, would it be tethered to a SIM or handset? Could you reassign the relevant IMEI then?
