How much does aeroponics increase results?

It doesn't seem like you are getting the fine mist is one of the definitions of an aeroponic system. What you have my friend is a spit system. Which is fine. I too ran spit systems for a decade, and you can get excellent results with them, not any better than any other form of hydro, but excellent. And I have also seen people invest large amounts of money to make true aeroponic systems with the proper misters and root zone etc and they ended up switching out after a few years because they came to realize it was more headache then it was worth. And I don't want to rag on you too much Lpena, but those are literally nothing to brag about for a week. get yourself some better misters and pump and you will see better results. Roots should be exploding out of every opening of the net pots. The first few weeks are the only real advantage these type of systems offer.

I’ll switch to foggers

Well do your research on those as well. My information on them is old so the new ones could be much better, but when they first came out lots of people made a rush to buy them and they broke down a lot and were generally just crap. But the same thing can said for LEDs as well, LEDs sucked for over a decade and now look at them. So make sure the foggers are now good.

That being said, there are 10s of thousands of growers who have one and only one goal, to produce a lot of good bud for the cheapest they can. If Aeroponics actually had any benefit over other forms of hydro everybody would be doing aeroponics. The reason you see 101 styles is because they all perform well. No secret sauce, no magic. So before you go down the rabbit hole make sure you want to start spending money on something that can be done with a $5 pot and medium.

I have designed a 8x4 grow tent aeroponic system that works quiet well for me, its very expansive, cost me around 6500$ CAN to build but its working well, it could still get a lot more improvement and automation but the minimum works.
As so many have said before me failsafe is the only way to go if you do aeroponic, the ammount of money going in fertiliser, power, water and time going all to the garbage because you didnt have redundancy.
I use 2 pump on 2 pressure switch with different pressure range, 110-145psi and 120-145psi,.
Thermal expansion bladder is perfect as it is good up to 150 psi.
Also using a UPS of 900VA will keep the pumps running for a while in case of power failure as they run for about 1 min per 30 min.
There is 6 nozzle per tote so even if 1 clog the others will keep the bins moist.
The system take 2h of work once a week to change reservoire, drain waste tank, clean filter and nozzle and good to go for another week.
