How much more yield with a good LED 1k vs 600 hps

I have a plant that's a bad yielder, I grow in DWC. I get about 9.5 oz's in a 4x4 tent under a 600 hps. How much more yield would a get with a about avg LED 1k light?

Well I need it to cover a 4x4 area, any good recommendations on a good light and price, something very good.... Also will this light give off more heat than a 600hps? These 2 plants I'm getting in the 4x4 are bad yielders, I'm getting just above 9 oz's total. Some LED that would give like closer to 12 oz's would be nice.

I will be doing a comparison journal here very soon just for this reason alone..

I will be comparing 400w led's vs 600w hps, side by side comparisons so we can see what the best option is..

Ive been fortunate enough to have some others interested in this comparison and I cant wait to start it here soon..

Going from a 600 hps to a 600 watt LED set at 80%, I'd expect a 50% increase in yield (using less power) for your first grow, but if you dial in all aspects of your environment, media, nutes, feeding schedule, etc, you could potentially yield quite a bit more.

So you need about 480w minimum LED (Samsung 301b efficiency level for example)
Up to 650w , I wouldn't go higher for that space.

So if you want less heat go with less than 600w.

I just pulled about 22oz off one plant in that space. Pulled 37 max before. 560w of QBs

All that's pretty irrelevant but I'm 100% I wouldn't be anywhere near 9oz with even the worse yeilders.

I'd concentrate on your training and canopy management before spending on new lighting.
