How to keep temperature not too low during night.

Should I turn off oscillating fans and humidifier during “night” time so the temperature wont go so low?

Also, should I use a temporizer for intractors and extractors?

I’m in winter, though I live in a mediterranean weather city, so winter is not so cold. I keep this cycle:

Light: 15:00 to 09:00.
Night: 09:00 to 15:00.

I heard that a difference so big in temperature is bad for the plants, so I’d like to know how to reduce that temperature difference.
