I think the only time you are supposed to flush is when they are overfed. And you just flush at 1/4 strength for a day or two to lower the EC in the root zone

I tried flushing a few times. I would start around Week 8, I observed weaker plants, and diminished quality vs feeding until harvest.
Unflushed seems to pull more flavor too. Of course this is just my own experience. Why put in the time and money only to flush it in the end?
