Thank you bro.It’s very easy, just make a new lc broth (lme or some sort of sugar, and water), sterilize it, and then add a drop or your lc to it.
that’s it. A week later you’ll have a whole new lc.
what kind of sugar I should use?Don't use table sugar.
Honey, malt extract, Karo syrup.
you could also use grain/wbs soak water.
People even use water after soaking dog food or potato in it. Basically anything that will work for an agar recipe.
I’ve heard of people using table sugar but never tried it, the mycelium apparently has a tough time breaking it down.
