How to prepare for power outage? Indoor grow

No anxiety. A few high power flashlights aimed well will hold your flower. Better than no growth and bleaching. Just as much as you can provide and a window is the real goal.
Alright, I can manage that.
RH shouldn’t be a problem btw. It’s pretty consistently in the 35-40 range where I live.
Another thing, I’m worried that if the power goes out and comes back on during the night it will confuse my timer and maybe turn the lights back on during the dark period. If this were to happen, how serious would it be? Would it cause a re veg? Should I unplug the timer?

It is only as serious as your insincerity implies.Unplug lights until power is restored. Mae the effort to provide 12 hours of light. Return to normal. Another week or so in veg with photos. No big deal.

You can get an Ac/Dc converter that you hook up to a 12v battery. You can run your air pump from that.
What's powering that? I aint running my car for lights and a phone charger. Around $400 dollars for a half house inverter for a car alternator out put.

NO, NO, NO!!!!!!!! It must legally installed and inspected. You need a seperation switch by what ever name your pros exploit. But the point is you do not want to back feed a generator when power return or impose such loads on breakers or wiring. Research codes when installing to electrical service.

@Nizza this was a very poor suggestion as worded. Very dangerous.
yes you are correct it is illegal. I can see why it would be, and upon further research you can buy an "interlock kit" depending on the state.
My dad would just plug it into a dryer outlet in the garage and we never had any issues but i see things definitely could go wrong

I’ve read this 4 times. I don’t think I’ll ever understand it. Lol

People are stupid these days. I just pull my main and pop my genny double break in below it. But yes. Your tip can result in fires if not worse. Please be safe and promote it. I'm a dick. But I value health and quality of ife.

Peace.

ahh okay. I’ll unplug the light tonight then and do it manually just in case. Just out of curiosity, would one interrupted dark cycle be enough to cause re-veg?
It is doubtful if actually receiving light. Why I keep pushing a window and natural light. You will lose some vigor. But not the plant. Keep thngs as close to normal as possible. Just a passing storm system in the plants world. May respond in earnest. Hence the 24 hour dark period myths. LOL.

actually I meant the opposite. Like if a flowering plant got less than 12 hours of darkness one night. (Kind of off topic I know)
