How to properly top dress organic soil through whole cycle

Using one part amended compost Amish horse manure 3-5 years aged with one part perlite one part coco each part being 3 gallons added in 1 1/2 cups Jobes garden fertilizer one cup dolomite lime one cup kelp meal four cups glacial rock powder and about 8 tsp’s of recharge wetting thoroughly and cooking for about 45 days going to top dress with one inch of garden straw and add in 2 tsp’s of epsom salt and a quarter cup bone meal sprinkled through the straw my question is how often should I top dress and with what exactly do not to lose mineral and nute content watering with silica and cal mag every other watering and using recharge any advice is greatly appreciated

EWC and more of the same fertilizer, some kelp if you have it

How often would you add amendments I wasn’t going to add any extra through veg which will be around forty five days to at most 60 and was going to add more top dressing amendments when I switch to 12/12 i figured between the recharge and epsom salt and bone meal to start would help me thru veg
