-- If a loaf of bread is on the shelf, $2... next to it is an equal/better bread, $1.50.. Is buying the better bread for $1.50 nickle and dime logic?--I am really just curious as to when the nickel and dime logic started really making sense around here?
--The Dyna-Grower emerges out of this landscape convinced that there is absolutely no merit to additives and no blowback in terms of yeild or quality.
--By this, I mean the cost-benefit analysis based on the growers needs for optimum conditions as well as appealing arithmetic. To run a tight ship the master grower needs repeatability eventually. The constant tinkering and switching of products used or unused makes for a long term issue in this regard. So, what to do??? Take notes....work towards principles of economy by letting your garden thrive to it's potential.
I have tried it, I am tired of being misunderstood. Nickle and dime logic is when that is the only reason one sees. People respond with the assumptions, ready to prove me wrong about the nothing they know about me. If a loaf of great bread was on sale for 1.50 as was dg. Would DG still be the best? For some this is an investment and they shop motivated on return. My motive is meds, all i get is anecdotal jabs about anything but dg. I use products that are not wasting anything. get all items at wholesale and thus know a fact most are overrated but some if used properly are just great products. Be thrifty, great. I wish DG was the best product, the cheapest, non toxic but it simply isnt true. I have a problem with nickle and dime intellect.-- If a loaf of bread is on the shelf, $2... next to it is an equal/better bread, $1.50.. Is buying the better bread for $1.50 nickle and dime logic? -- Yep... pretty much. Have you tried it yet? Come up with your own opinion. -- Yep... I tinkered and tinkered. Honestly, my opinion... You can do really well with most any brand. It's all about the balance of a complete nute. What attracts ME to DG is how easy it is to use. One bottle, dump it in, ph it. No need for anything else. I used to think Root Excel and Hygrozyme were doing something for me. Then I would run out for some weeks and not make it to the store. Slowly I realized they did nothing for me beyond making my wallet lighter... You can call it Nickle and Dime logic... But really, it's just money that you don't need to spend. For me personally... every dollar counts.
I'm shocked! There is someone here who cares about their results. OMGFor some this is an investment and they shop motivated on return. My motive is meds,
And why should we believe you have the best, cheapest, nontoxic blahblabla magic bullet answer to everyones nutritional requirements?Be thrifty, great. I wish DG was the best product, the cheapest, non toxic but it simply isnt true. I have a problem with nickle and dime intellect.
And how exactly, do you know you are not "wasting anything" ?I use products that are not wasting anything.
Which is exactly what you seem to be doing about dgall i get is anecdotal jabs about anything but dg.
Your entire post is spot on.+++-- If a loaf of bread is on the shelf, $2... next to it is an equal/better bread, $1.50.. Is buying the better bread for $1.50 nickle and dime logic?

Posts like this are what make you look like an argumentative douchebag. You haven't "offered" much here either. You should allow people to converse, because it is the most potent indicator of curiosity and intellect. Dummies are not the ones here asking anything, rather behaving like a master and offering nothing. Ben is into girls sorry.
I have no problem with conversation except when people make outrageous claims like Advanced Nutrients is worth the high premium price and blah blah blahYou should allow people to converse, because it is the most potent indicator of curiosity and intellect. The jungle juice is cheap as shit without a discount and I got 2 big lovely pulls maybe even biggest ever. a/b 25-30 bux. Just saying this cause its not expensive....bonus is it works in cocoI have no problem with conversation except when people make outrageous claims like Advanced Nutrients is worth the high premium price and blah blah blah
Sorry but your wrong , Lawrence Broooke discovered General Hydroponics Legendary ph stability back in the 70's . Do not buy into this one as ph perfect has been around longer than big mike and his money machine called Advanced Nutrients .The Connoisseur A+B also have pH perfect that make pH balancing sooo much easier. NO other company has that. I would rather spend the extra money for convenience and reliability
It is the best laugh here today !How to save 58% on nutrient costs using AN products and still grow huge buds.
Solution - don't be such a fool by wasting your money in the first place.
This really is funny stuff!
Sorry for your all of the misunderstandings. I see that leaving a word out and not going back to edit my post has had a number of people feeling like I should take english classes in addition to the classes I listed. For one, this is a forum, not a formal setting at all. Secondly, I already have taken 4 english classes, including literary analysis, english composition 1 and 2, and a business technical writing class.I guess I didn't understand, but this is what you said..
Then you went on to list a shitload of classes. Made it sound like they were somehow all taken in 4 months. I agree that you needed to take more english classes, and perhaps some comprehension classes as well.
Sounds like you don't understand the difference between a good harvest and a great harvest. From what I've seen from guys your age that grow is quality product, but a lot less of it, in a lot longer time. Times have changed old man, and the understanding of what plants need for growth is far more complex now than back in your day. They also have known about pH stability in hydroponics and water sources since the 1930's. No big deal, and no thats not true about general hydroponics, their products used to be the most stable, until dutchmaster and advanced nutrients came out. That minor instability of pH in during a harvest can add up to about a 20% or more loss of bud and quality. I would rather pay a little more to know I was getting the best results possible than try to save a couple bucks buying a cheap fertilizer. Your probably the dad who buys there kid the kindle when they asked for an iPad haha.Sorry but your wrong , Lawrence Broooke discovered General Hydroponics Legendary ph stability back in the 70's . Glad I do not buy meds , especially from those who waste hundreds to grow a common flowering herb . Barnum was right , there is a sucker born every minute . Your photos show excessive nutrient burn , might want to cut down and save another dollar while keeping them green .
Thanx chuck, all I see is fat buds and some excessive heat exposure on the leaves but I guess thats hard to for you to see when your so angry all the time. An angry gardener grows angry weed, I wouldn't want to smoke your salty herb grandpa. Go be an old man somewhere else, stop being grumpy old man all over my threads.Who is posting pics of scraggly overfed nutrient deff. plants?
UMMM. that'd be you
good advice chuck, but he won't take it. He is getting "amazing" results now.
Situation.... you should listen to those who know more than you. Like this guy^^^
Thank you for the new line in my sig. Many will get a kick out of it I am sure.
Ahh, no. Hydroponics achieves faster growth. Not larger. Plants can grow just as big in dirt. It just takes longer.
Typical noobie Knowitall. Grown a couple of crops and sold it to your college buddies. Wait till ya get out in the real world buddy.
