I have 2 of the 68 watters from Lowes and I love them....so do my plants. I put them in between ladies and they are so bright. I'm gonna go pick up 3 more soon now that you say they will be discontinued :(

I asked for the thread to be moved here because it's no longer a cfl grow, I now use a 400w hps.

they look nice, try bringing in the CFLs later on for the blue spectrum though, the wider spectrum helps them pack on some more trichs but can focus less on swelling. nice training too, your treating these girls right.

thanks guys i hope they will go on feeling well. they've gotten some heat burn since i forgot to open the door for half an hour while the lights were on a couple of times, it gets incredibly hot in there lol. i had also accidentally messed with the timer and the lights were on for an hour in the middle of the dark hours for at least one night, i really hope they won't hermie on me :(. done with the timer now lol, i mean i have to open and close the door anyway, i just have an alarm on my cell now instead

You might get lucky. What happens when you interrupt the light cycle during flowering (usually a couple nights in a row) is the plant gets confused and reverts back to the vegative stage for a while. Don't worry it will come back around, just take longer to finish.

Week 3 flowering.

The heat stress and the accidental hour of light made this one stop developing the buds it had started on, the younger shoots it has are developing nicely though. What should I expect to happen?

This one has always been the smallest one but it's doing ok. Also has marks from the heat stress but it doesn't seem to have stopped developing it's older buds like the other one.

This one is doing amazing

they look perfectly fine, aside from the small amount of stress you all have been through, they should be just fine. May slow down for a little bit, but everything should pick right back up now that you've sorted things out.

Looks like a bunch of wild girls to me :)

good lookin girls, the one with nute burn made a good recovery too. i like that heavy indica plant, she'll be nice and fat in a few weeks.

yeah some of them have some minor nute burn i think where the tips of leaves have gotten that "eagle claw" and the leaves are a bit thinner. but if you're thinking about the yellow/orange patches that are on some leaves i think it's for sure the heat stress because i got them when that happened. it was pretty severe heat stress i think it must've gotten like 60+ degrees celsius(130 F) in there at least for 30-45 minutes each 3 times.

the plant in the first picture in the last picture update i cut off the very top off one of the shoots because it hasn't even moved at all since the heat stress incident and it wasn't looking so well. i know topping the plant in flower is a no-no... i hope it will still be ok i just felt like it might take off and do something if i got rid of that?

hmm, im not sure. be careful with high temps next time, it can really screw you over later on. check your run off for the claw, and flush for the nute burn. poke holes in the soil so your roots can breathe.
