I've heard that several times on this forum but with the massive amount of business they do, I think the % of negativeness is very minimal. One thing to their benefit is the awesome customer service they provide. They promptly replace anything under warranty and then some. I got some nutes and one of the bottles leaked a few drops...only enough to make the directions unreadable. I called to ask for the directions and Tony sent me a new bottle. This stuff aint cheap either. I dont think more than 5ml leaked out and I told him that. He still replaced it.if you order ballast from them watch them closly as they tend to have missing or loose parts inside. They are known to send ballast missing ignitors or having the cord sets unwired inside. poor quality but your paying for poor quality items so you get what you get. Thier bulbs are infamous for burning out in a short time
I will say that my items ordered this time last year didnt make it as fast as i'd liked but the ballast and bulbs are still burning strong.
