HUGE PROBLEM. White Leaves, Black Spots !?!

So, I've been growing these plants for like a month under a simple heat lamp in my closet. but after these results I've been keeping them outside/ in my window for the sun heat. Hopefully all goes well, but does anyone have any solutions to these plants?! Please help. (Sorry for bad quality)

a heat lamp is not the answer. does It even put out much light? If you went from barely any visible light to full sunlight they wont like that. Do a little research.

It looks like chemical burn(fried leaf) along with possible water drop lensing(small spots). Get them outdoors ASAP. They may survive. Your plants are suffering from grower error. Get a book and READ it.
