HUGE PROBLEM. White Leaves, Black Spots !?!

So, I've been growing these plants for like a month under a simple heat lamp in my closet. but after these results I've been keeping them outside/ in my window for the sun heat. Hopefully all goes well, but does anyone have any solutions to these plants?! Please help. (Sorry for bad quality)

It looks like chemical burn(fried leaf) along with possible water drop lensing(small spots). Get them outdoors ASAP. They may survive. Your plants are suffering from grower error. Get a book and READ it.
