Humidity below 60% in curing jars

Hey,

So they’ve only been in jars for ~24 hours, but most are saying ~50-55%.

What’s the best option to increase this? Or do they need a couple days to calibrate? I do have boveda packs but I was trying not to use them. I will put one in each jar if recommended.

*it dried for just under 5 days btw.

Thanks in advance!

let em be, let it cure, who cares if its 5% under, l dont do that stuff. I hang it wo fan leaves. 7 days or till lower branches snap, not break, then l cut each bud off and trim real nice, put in jar or container, open a few xs a day, l go by smell, green meens wet, dank means dry. Keep cracking bottles, sometimes leave open for hours. Just smoked last bud out of jar, was as good as first, didnt even dry out all alone in a big jar.

So it should be all good? There’s so much conflicting stuff on the internet about it not actually curing underneath 50/55%. I’ll leave it be then, just didn’t want the smell or taste to disappear while in the jars. Smells lovely.

Put a humidity pack in 1 or 2 jars and see which ones turn out better. I don't stress over 55%. I put some packs in a couple jars recently and it seemed a little stickier so I kinda liked it better. It's all good though.

I’ll chuck one in a couple jars tonight and see the difference. Thanks bro!

Just my 2 cents....all this fret over curing....some say it's only a term stoners use to make themselves believe they can make something better by doing less. Typical psychology of stoners.
Personally, I stopped purposely 'curing' years ago. I medicate daily with any jar I choose.....Just jar at 60% and burn as I get to it Feedback (or lack thereof) from those I've gifted tells me no one notices differences one to the other.
IMO...a proper dry is by far, the most important step....

I also believe that the drying process is the most important factor, curing is a bit over rated, ime I have 90% of what I'm getting once its dried, yes curing brings about subtle changes in both taste and texture but there's no magical changes happens.

To rehydrate it sit it in a cool/cold room and it'll naturally take on humidity I think the process is called osmosis, however if its dried to quickly there's not a lot you can do afaik though it's not the end of world if tastes nice.

Curing is a scientific process by which gasses exchange and chlorophyll is depleted slowly over time to enhance and "cure" the flower while keeping the flower at an optimum RH.Anyone who has had properly cured flower vs just dry flower and couldn't tell the difference and or didnt appreciate it is either lying or just plain ignorant.

Left it in a couple days and it sorted itself out!
