Hydroguard with GH nutes for cloning and veg reservoirs okay?

I am a reader, normally, not a new thread poster. However, in this case I have literally researched this topic to the point that: my brain feels like what my roots look like in my veg reservoirs. I think I am suffering from brain rot. Please help!
I like running sterile reservoirs, I have 3 of them in flower room @ 45 gallons each. Established roots are THRIVING, just like the plants themselves. No worries there.
However, my veg reservoirs are contaminated recently with some kind of mild pathogen because with my setup they run around 75 to 76 degrees F (23-24 degrees C). H2O2 @ 30mil per gallon isnt even working (I refuse to go any higher ratio).
I understand that synthetic nutes (I run GH powder nutes due to my res sizes) contradict the whole microbiole/organic ideology. However, would I be within logic to simply try hydroguard with my GH nutes only for my cloning and veg reservoirs (before sending them to sterile flower reservoirs, which are highly successful), just to eliminate (possibly) my pathogen problem, as well as promote more prominent root system in the early days of growth?
Long story short, my flower room is rocking but my veg and cloning room is pathetic as far as new growth, due to mild pathogen problem which seems to be transforming to a moderate problem.
Thoughts?
EDIT: I AM ON MY WAY NOW TO BUY NEW TOTES FOR VEG ROOM AND STOP BY HYDRO STORE FOR A SIMPLE ONE STEP MICROBIOLE.

Welp, since ya'all were too busy to help me out on this one, I had to rely on my own "wing it and hope for the best" philosophy. Turns out hydroguard in combination with General Hydroponics is a winner winner chicken dinner for anyone else stumbling across this on an internet search,... still very confused why General Hydroponics does not offer their own inoculants. Seems like they used to but they discontinued them. I'm figuring because it goes against logical science, combining bacteria with synthetic nutes... well well, it fixed my root rot problem way cheaper than a water chiller would have cost (just to get me by for a month-and-a-half until fall gets here with cooler weather)

If you're in the US, look up Southern AG garden friendly fungicide for when that hydroguard runs out.
Same bacteria strain as hydroguard but literally 1,000,000 times stronger.
Its about the same price per quart but you use 1ml per 5-10 gallons instead of 3ml per gallon of hydroguard.
A lot of us around here use it.
