I'll look into that. I've been feeding cal mag every other day just to be safe.

I had a broken little finger once and after the splint was taken off ( 6 weeks or so) I had such a long nail it started to curl round!!!
Your nails tell you a lot about your health. Look for vertical or horizontal ridges and I believe white spots are from knocks and/ or zinc deficiency.
