Keep it between 60F and 75F (15C-24C). In hydro, the cooler the temp, the more oxygen it's capable of holding.

Turning out pretty nice there billybob.. The buds on my Bb's are starting to form as well so it will be interesting to see the 2 final results between yours and mine :) Keep it up bro!!

fa sho subslizzy! another thing..the dwc res is i think a 10 gallon grey tote..(12''x16''x14''T) my cab is 13''x27''x54''T... should i run the 4 plants with a scrog, or should i go sog and use all 6 colas? or just run 2 plants use the dwc but use a new lid and cut 2 holes out and run a 2 plant scrog, so many idea;s for this fine growing space...

I'd go with SOG because it's easier. And you might end up yielding more because there is less to fuck up. BillyBob makes this shit look too easy.

hahaha... he does. he f-in does, im having trouble with my seeds man, i;ve done this 3 times before and this time they just all f-in die out!!!! i mean, i have a heated mat and a humid dome, i did this
plastic sandwhich bag, sealed with two wet paper towels
method 2 i put about half inch deep water in a tiny enclosed plastic cup and its been like 1 day and a few of em cracked... but now see do i take the one that cracked out of the water dish, cuz last week all my seeds died cuz i left em in there a few days more so the root can grow longer and they all just fell out of the seed....i did them in both methods to try and compare which is best, advice!!!

I always used a wet paper, folded some tin foil over it, and threw it on top of my computer tower. And when the crack and that little tap root comes, I put them in the starter cubes. Never had problems germinating or vegging, I tend to fuck up when it really matters; during flowering!

LOL. i guess i make it look that easy cause i dont try that hard. lol. really i spend probly an average of 10-15 minutes in there a day. I guess I've got a greenthumb. this is only my second grow but i think ive found my calling.

dude, havent gotten past my 2cd week of flowering, my girl made me chopp'em...
dont even start, i dont wanna talk about it ok...
anyways... when u put the seed in teh starter cubes, u turn the flourecents on? and doesnt the light penatrate through to the seeds... my light does.. i use rockwool cubes

sorry to hear it man. seed/veg my plants in a completely different area from the screen. once they were tall enougn for the screen room i threw em in there. night pics coming up.

some new night pics. new day pics here in a day or so. i really need to get a dehumidifier. my RH is holding at 60, even though im sucking 270 cfm out of my 288 cubic feet. Guess its not enough. Im going to get one tommorow or sunday.

ay billy, how do i scrog...when do i trigger my plants to 12/12, i want the screen to be apx 8-10 inches from the top of the dwc i have how far will the colas grow to be above the screen?

well bro. it depends on what strain your growing. sativas need more room in every aspect while indicas dont. pretty much my answer to your question is in the strain you choose. sativas will strech more, indicas wont. def seen the diff in the blues and straws. Also you trigger when your screen is 50-75% full. if you have indicas you want to switch it at 75%. if you have sativas i suggest flipping at like 50-60 cause they stretch alot and will fill alot of the screen in contrast to the indicas.

yeah its looking good. just not pumping like i want it to. i think its the humidity for sure. everything else is right on par. dehumidifier should drop it to 20-30RH and a new res tommorow. THEY GANNA EXPLODE. i also think that im actually at week 3. Sunday will offcially be week 4 but i trimmed ALOT on week 2 and set them back about 5 days. so taking that into consideration, Its lookin reallllll good.

And no you dont have to bruise the plants. cannabis's branches are amazingly flexible. after a while u know what the breaking tension is and what kinda pulling and bending the stems can take. let me get a pic of a top i broke.

talk about a break. second pic is of the 2 tops growing from that plant. Its the middle plant on the far right of the screen(S.C). broke it probly over a 3-4 weeks ago. never saw a slowdown. how the plants heal themselves astounds me.
