Quick glance / guess says progressive, almost late-stage N-def... but as Ninja mentioned, the more info you can provide the better for the diagnosis.

you need more light, better nutes... for starters.

If I had to make an educated guess, without knowing the N-P-K of your MiracleGro, I'd say they need some nitrogen at least.

15-30-15 N/P/K unless they've changed it or have multiple versions of the bloom booster in the last 2-ish years.

See how details solve problems. Get some Y splitters for the cfls and put two 42 watt bulbs in each socket to start, then go get some real food just like mentioned above. :):):)

MiracleGro is designed to be used on a very wide variety of plants... you want a more specific nutrient line, something designed more towards the plant we like to grow.

If yer poor like me, look into TechnaFlora's BC line... you got some deep pockets, look into Advanced Nutrients

looks like nutrient lockout caused by overfeeding judging from the signs of nitrogen toxicity in pic 3.

When was the last time you have flushed?

Your lights are well below the minimum amount of lumens these
plants need.

Only 21 watts of light....YIKES:shock:!!!!!

Assuming you only have like 1500 lumens of light on that baby, you need at least 3 to 4K of lumens for a vegging plant, and double that for a flowering plant. Dont expect a ok yield with just those lights.....

Hes using candles as supplemental lighting.....sorry brissel, i couldnt resist. Ya bud, your second grow will be better than your first. Dont worry though, stick around and cruise some of the cfl grows on RIU and youll learn a ton. You can still have a great harvest if you get some more light and read a couple threads. Veg doesnt mean shit. If you get that plant to flower lighting switch and have enough light for her shell do just fine. I gotta check out for the night but if you need any advice or whatever, the ninjas PM box is always open.....ninja vanish ;)
