The old knowledge was that although a condom will hold water there are still
microscopic pores that the hiv can fit betweem. Not sure if they have updated that info as incorrect or
not. Try lambskin condoms. I don`t know any lambs with hiv or aids. i think one did give me herpes though.
 
Ok just did some reading, French Farmers first used sheep guts.

Also as far as HIV and condoms it is now known that spermicide lubricant will increase the chance of HIV transmition.
