I feel ya. I wasn't coming at you with that post, just expressing my frustration over why/how Hillary is connecting with voters and Bernie isn't.
People shouldn't care about charisma and likability more than substance....but that seems to be the case.
likability is a strange trait. Trump seems to me to be an awful person yet the troglodytes who attend his rallies have to change their underwear after he gives the crowd a Nazi salute. I don't get it.
As far as Hill Pill goes, she's been active on the campaign trail for decades beginning with Bill and then for her own run at the White house. She's has a strong organization in every state with loyal people networking with each other and the community. Bernie started just a year or two ago. Vermont is not exactly the most populous or diverse states from which to build a base either. I still don't understand why Vermont named their largest city after a coat manufacturer.
In neither case can anybody rave about their charisma or likability.
That said, in my opinion, Hillary hasn't been as bad as Corso or you have said. She's done good things. That said, her latest gaffe about the AIDS crisis and the fantasy story of how Nancy helped out (gag) does show how out of touch she really is. It's this kind of mistake that can open the door for Bernie but he's got to win tomorrow.
One of the things that makes it so hard for an unknown to make it from a state like Vermont is the short election cycle. The primary season is too short for a relatively unknown candidate to make it. When the season ran into June, there was time for somebody like Bernie to gain traction but not anymore.
