It's called paying taxes buddy, I also volunteer on beach cleanups, and am also a volunteer for search and rescue with my local fire department. What do you do for you country? By the way, what is your home country?

In the Marines we called the enemy in Iraq and Kuwait hajji, Pretty sure its a derogatory term for people of middle eastern ethnicity. We also called them other names, we wont go into that here. Many of the elders hated us, they would show us the bottoms of their feet or serve us food with their left hand, shit like that doesn't really mean anything to an American, but the foot thing is like giving someone the bird here. And the left hand is reserved for wiping ones ass, never to be used to shake hands, touch food, touch anything clean with and is a big taboo to do it. Alot of other cultures are very different from ours, and one can only try to put yourself in their shoes I guess. Would you be all happy some other country has invaded your homeland and is killing your fellow citizens? I sure as fuck wouldn't be one bit happy about it. We Americans are utterly the most spoiled, babied, over fed, wasteful society on the planet. Most people in this world make less than $100 equivalent a year and make do. Here people lose their homes because they have lost their job and then go and buy a Mercedes SUV on credit. I bet there are millions of families tonight that ate more food for Dinner than some Somalians eat in 2 weeks.


We are dying, killing all the integrity, entrpreneurship and small businesses with regulations and Laws designed to consolidate power and wealth into the hands of the few large Corporations than can afford to Hire a slew of expensive Lobbyists who will stop at nothing to get politicians in their pockets. The politicians like all the lavish attention and expensive gifts and soon they are balls deep in the cunt of corruption. They have to be voted on so then they only do things that make the common people happy by giving them more circuses and gladiator fights and never taxing them more, just using the devaluing dollar as the hidden tax, and offsetting the financial ruin that is certain to another day in the not so distant future.

Our Health care has grown into this giant monster of a problem, theres so much regulation and lawsuits and rules and laws that they have to hire so many other people that aren't involved in actual medical care that their costs are sky high. Surgeons in private practice might have to pay $200,000 a year for insurance premiums! WTF! Of course no one can afford health care without insurance. Holy shit have you gone to the clinic for something so simple as a cut finger and were in and out in 10 minutes with 5 stitches. You get a $650 bill for that? WTF!! I would rather just stitch myself up with needle and thread from the sewing kit if I didn't have insurance. In fact after the co pay and the deductible my out of pocket was $47. Probably comparable to what I would have been actually charged if it weren't for all the rules/laws/regulations/support personnel/etc etc etc that the hospitals have to put up with to do business. $650 is fucking insane for such a simple task, its like they charge $3900/hr if it were hourly. I want that job, fuck! work one hour a week and be rollin in the cash.


America is good, don't get me wrong, not many countries enjoy the things we take for granted. We could be a lot better, we are a nation of swindlers, liars, cheats, torturers and financial warmongers when it comes to the "Elite" among us. The Common man is what really makes America Great though, the Common man needs to take the country back from the politicians and give it back to the rightful wielders of all power in this country...the People! I am not an optimist. I do love America for what it could be and should be though.

We are not a nation of liars, cheats, torturers and financial warmongerers. You are allowing less than a .1% of the population (if that) to give the other 99.99% a bad name.

Of course, there's a lot of bureaucrats (like 12%) of the population who probably also fit the description of being liars, cheats, torturers, and financial war mongerers.

And can't neglect politicians, but anyway, we are not a nation of liars, cheats, torturers and financial war mongerers.

Maybe a nation of debtors, but that's because the Europeans are pricks that locked up debtors and didn't have any reasonable bankruptcy laws.
