Turns out the mutant Pakistan Chitral kush is a true hermaphrodite.

One of my Slo3 X Slo1 plants have crumpled leaves like that. The mother, Slo3 had one set of male balls in an otherwise female plant, but it was bred with Slo1 before the balls appeared. I'm going to grow it out, but in a safe place so it doesn't screw up any other crosses I'm doing.

She's putting out bananas all over
I'm going to have to decide soon because I know I won't be able to keep up with removing the nanners all over her and I'm not wanting to pollinate another crop. She had some potential too. Kinda puts a damper on germinating the rest of the beans I have since the other one was a full on hermaphrodite.
*Side note* I just noticed the dead gnat in the second picture. They'll all be dead soon, little bastards!

Looks big to be a gnat, or is it adult thrip?

It's a gnat. I had a slight infestation growing in my soil mix that's currently breaking down. I hit it with some more DE to kill any eggs. I have vinegar traps set up for the adults.

I would pull that one immediately. You're going to make hermie seeds on your good plants. If they get pollinated they'll all shut right down and just make seeds.Another lady on the cull list:

I learned my lesson from my last hermie pollination. Hopefully that one will net me some decent smoke though.
I'm gonna germ four more of the Pakistan Chitral kush beans this weekend and hope for better results.

It sucks you have to do that, but it is the best option now. Unless you could move her outside away from anything else.

Man your having some issues lol. Mites, gnats, hermies...... That's why I said "fuck soil", haven't seen a bug in 4 years.

I thought about putting it outside but I think it'll start revegging since the days are longer than 12 hours now and I have 9 more beans left. I decided to just chop it early. She's on week eight from switch, around six weeks from bud formation @Larry {the} Gardener
The things that make me nervous about hydro @Budley Doright is power outages, dealing with synthetic nutes again, and having to worry about ph, ppms, and spending big money on a ro machine. It's a little to labor intensive for me right now since I also run a contracting company.
I have had way more issues since my first couple runs, but I'm also learning and getting better. The bug issue is now under control and soon to no longer be an issue. As for the hermies, well, I can only do my best to not stress the plants.
