I drink a lot of water.. even with my meals.
I like to keep my pee clear and not yellow.
get yourself some flavoring and add a squirt to a bottle. it changes up the taste. and also grab a bottled water and keep it with you, before you know it , you drank it...refill or replace and do it again and again thru out the day.
cheaper then drinking pop and energy drinks for sure. and I like cheap
also, I do a pot of coffee in the morning daily, before heading to the gym. I re run the grinds after lunch for a 2 or 3 cup buzz to start the afternoon.
