Anyone here ever bought a bag of pot and got home, and found out it was a bag of carfentanil? that looked like cannabis? Sheesh, if that actually happened, I'll quit smoking pot altogether...

Wow, this was so poorly thought out, it screams of reefer madness era reporting...

This week in Ontario they found some substance that looked sorta like weed that was laced with carfentanil. I wouldn't doubt the cops conjured it up.
2 Teenagers were taken to hospital after using some. The two said they had smoked what they thought was weed.
So who makes up weed like crap to poison folks?
I couldn't get a very good look at it on the TV to see how it really looked. It's looked like shake or powdered trim.

Was it tested and confirmed?

I for one, would certainly like to see the cops get to the bottom of this. Either they are outright lying, and they were trying opiates, maybe for the first time, or if there IS some sort of spiked pot-like substance out there, they need to catch the stupid twits that did this.... although this seems to imply they lied about smoking it...

Gotta agree with all you said...WTF is going on here.
Weed dealers have a lot of better things to do than ruin their product.
Anyway damage done by the media now........no one will ever hear truth now if it ever comes out.

You cannot put a flame directly to the drug. If you sprinkle it on a bud it destroys the actual drug by burning it. It’s not even actually possible to get high from smoking it that way.”
