If you put that purchase on a credit card you can still call your cc company and tell them you are filing a complaint and want to put a "hold" on any payments to this business...even if it's already processed, the cc company can withhold or demand return of your money! That might "get" their attention AND get your money back!! it worked for me once.

No Sir, you just went about it the wrong way. The wife bought a reclining chair and paid about 800 for it. Got home and didn't like it, she had them out to the house every day for about 2 weeks because it squeaked. Money returned no restocking fees. It was costing them more to come out every day than the chair was worth.

If they got a web site go to it and complain,cuss and talk about the sorry service and restocking fees. Karma will catch up with the bastards.

if they sold you a chair they said was leather, and it wasnt leather, you should get ALL your money back.

walk in with a cop and tell them you want your money back. or maybe somehow secretly record a friend talking to the lady, where she says yes its real leather blah blah blah. if you take that to a judge, he would see that you were ripped off and probably order them to give you your money back. do what hankdank said. call every local news and radio stations. park a car out front of their store with a big sign that explains what happened. it will be easier to make them back down by exposure than taking them to court n shit
 
Don't worry beardo, I got ripped off by a guy recently too. Well I guess he didn't rip me off, but he did shove me and shit and claim he was going to "smash my face in" and kept demanding money. And I just stood there and stared him down. I suppose the whole point of this story, is not everybody here is a fucking liar and not everybody would've dropped the guy right there. It's not being a pussy, it's being smart, even if you do feel like shit about it. I didn't know this fucker or what drugs he was on and my fighting skills go to shit after enough bong rips. Later learned he did 3 tours in Afghanistan therefore certainly had CQC training, that combined with the coke would've probably meant quite the beating for me, and I would've got robbed.

i dont wanna argue over the chat forum, im sure u had your reasons for letting the guy slide. i personally wouldnt let someone slide but different situations have different outcomes. i dont steal peoples hard earned money, i own a home, a mercedes,truck,streetbike, seadoo and i live in orange county cali. i dont have any reason to have a pissing contest,lol, even i dont make 8Gs a week,lol...u win...lets get back to GROWING!!!...yeehaw!!!

I got 300$ back today-that means I only got ripped off 380$ and now I don't have a chair and theirs a drunk mexican looking for a Cigarette on my old one I threw out.
